Product Features of IP65 Battery Pack

The LFP-M IP65 battery pack combines a protected enclosure design with long-life lithium iron phosphate chemistry:

  • Grade A LiFePO4 cells: 16S1P configuration of 3.2V 314Ah cells, 8000 cycles at 70% SOH, 90% DOD (25°C).
  • Parallel connection up to 9 PCS: scale capacity as storage needs grow.
  • IP65 protection: dust-tight and protected against water jets.
  • 2V DC output: suited to home energy storage systems, communication stations, and other applications.
  • Standard CAN & RS485 ports: Master & slave relationship between paralleled units.
  • Inverter compatibility: works with other brand inverters’ communication protocols.
  • Flexible charging: 150A rated charge and discharge current, 160A peak for 3 seconds.
  • Built to be moved: castor wheels and a 130 kg net weight with integrated display and handles.

A battery pack lifePO4 design like this offers a safe, long-cycle alternative to lead-acid storage, and the LFP-M platform can be discussed with ETEK as a custom lifePO4 battery pack for project-specific requirements.

Commercial Applications of IP65 Battery Pack

Thanks to its IP65 rating and 51.2V DC output, the IP65 battery pack fits solar-plus-storage installations, telecom sites, and backup power systems where reliable, compact capacity is required.

Applications & Use Cases

  • Home energy storage: paired with a hybrid inverter, solar power supplies the load first and surplus charges the IP65 battery pack.
  • Communication stations: 2V DC supply for telecom and base-station backup.
  • Peak shaving and demand management: battery and grid supplement supply when solar generation is insufficient.
  • Backup power: seamless backup load supply for scenarios requiring high supply continuity.
  • Virtual power plants (VPPs): participation in electricity market services in high-solar regions.
